At Silou Studio, we take great care in packaging every order. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind, incorrect purchases, or personal preference.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at siloustudio@gmail.com.

Please include:

Your order number
A brief description of the damage
Clear photos of the damaged item, the packaging, and the shipping label

If your claim is approved, Silou Studio will provide either:

A replacement item (if available), or
A refund to your original payment method.

Claims submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Items purchased by mistake
Change of mind
Gift purchases
Used or damaged items (unless they arrived damaged)
Sale or discounted items

Shipping Issues

Silou Studio is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We are unable to issue refunds or replacements for packages that are confirmed as delivered.
